Information needed to open an account

1. Fully completed, signed application
2. Documentation as outlined in the documentation matrix located within the account application
3. If a loan product is selected, please ensure all required paperwork, signatures, and notary pages are in order.
4. If you are contacted during the account opening process for further verification of your client’s information please utilize this approved list for items that are acceptable.

Please note:  Incomplete applications or applications sent without proper documentation will delay processing. The Target Minimum Balance will be $5,000 if left blank. Funds transferred from the CAA to linked SEI account will be allocated to the current portfolio if nothing is selected on the application. If either of the money market options are selected on the application, please note that these funds are not included in the quarterly rebalancing process. By selecting one of those options, funds being transferred will remain in the money market position until SEI is instructed otherwise.

Total amount of time for account to be opened after SEI receives the completed, signed, and documented application – 3 days.  Total amount of time for checks and debit cards to arrive after SEI receives the completed, signed, and documented application – an average of 7-10 business days. Please note that Bancorp provides free standard check orders and reorders (single or duplicate checks). If a client would like to order another type, they are free to purchase them with a $15 discount courtesy of Bancorp.

Welcome kit sample & fulfillment info
Each client will receive a welcome email or letter containing a user name description and a system generated temporary password, a welcome kit containing detailed information on the CAA program, a debit card (pin sent via mail separately), and an order of checks. These materials should arrive within an average of 7-10 business days after the fully completed application and documentation is submitted.
